I started working with Beanie a couple of months ago to reset my approach to my diet. At the time, my approach was fairly haphazard and inconsistent - sometimes fairly healthy, but with over reliance on processed foods and sugar.

Beanie took the time to understand my likes and dislikes and my lifestyle. She then helped me focus on the simple things - keeping hydrated, planning ahead and eating as many whole foods as possible. The daily check ins were a great way to remain mindful on approach and ensured accountability. In addition, she helped me plan ahead for overseas travel and social events and was super informative if I ever had a question about certain types of food or supplements.

While I have lost weight, the best thing for me is what I have gained - consistency, a greater desire to eat the nutritious rainbow, energy, clear mind and a better understanding of how my body likes to be fed. Thank you Beanie!

I signed up for 3 months with The Health Space and I have totally reformed my relationship to food. I’m eating 3 meals per day and am enjoying my food so much and I have seen the benefits Beanie’s food suggestions has given me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and an under active thyroid as well as recovering from sepsis and making this investment in my nutrition is the best choice I have made this year so far. I also love Beanies approach, there’s no calorie counting, no weighing portions and no food diary, despite that I’m being held accountable and seeing great progress. My aim is to feel better in terms of energy and lower inflammation however having lost 4 kilos so far is a totally added bonus for me !

I had such a valuable mentoring session with Beanie. She was incredibly generous with her advice and gave me so much clarity around how to grow my health coaching business. We spoke about everything from building nutrition programmes and finding my niche, to marketing, websites, client acquisition and how to position myself in the wellness space. She also shared really helpful insight into the kinds of programmes she offers, including support around weight loss, hormone balance, PCOS, gut health, energy and wedding nutrition. She is so knowledgeable, encouraging and down to earth, and I left feeling genuinely inspired and much more confident about my next steps. I would highly recommend working with her.

Beanie has been an amazing support in my goal of getting back into shape after 3 kids. She has managed to totally revolutionise my diet and my way of thinking about food without having to spend hours in the kitchen or missing out on taste, enjoyment and very important to me, no painful calorie counting! I joined Health Space about a month ago and the experience has been fantastic so far. From the beginning, everything has been very well organized and personalized to my needs.
My nutrition plan was carefully customized, which has made a big difference in my daily routine. Since starting, I’ve noticed that I have much more energy and feel more balanced overall.
One of the things I appreciate the most is the support from my nutritionist. She is always available whenever I have questions or need guidance, and her positive attitude and encouraging energy make the whole process even more motivating.
Overall, this has been a wonderful boost for my health and wellbeing. I’m really grateful for the support and the personalized approach. Highly recommended!

Changing your eating habits for the better and embedding new patterns is never easy but Beanie has been fantastic at facilitating that process - very professional, responsive, inspiring and encouraging which is especially important when making meaningful and longer-term positive changes.
Half of the battle is sifting through ‘food myths’ and figuring out what works for you individually, and the custom plan she helped prepare was PCOS friendly as well as tackling other health concerns I had. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone - it’s been a great investment for me and for my future!

Working with Beanie over the last month has been transformative. I thought I already had a pretty solid grasp of nutrition but Beanie educated me, produced a bespoke plan that fitted perfectly with my lifestyle and most importantly a framework which I could build permanent change around. I’ve been seeing Beanie for almost three months now and she’s slowly helped me to introduce small, sustainable changes to my diet which I’ve managed to maintain without feeling too restrictive. Beanie is such a delight to work with and has been such a motivator for me to stay on track. I’ve been seeing Beanie for just over a month now and already lost 3kg. I also feel more energised and in control. Beanie’s way of working doesn’t make you feel like amending bad eating habits is a chore, she’s very inspiring with her encouragement. I can’t recommend Beanie enough! She went above and beyond to create a detailed, personalised nutrition plan that really felt tailored to me. She took the time to dig deeper into my test results to make sure her advice was accurate and specific, which I really appreciated.

I started working with Beanie for two main reasons. Firstly, because I have ADHD and often found myself skipping meals or prioritising work over eating properly. Secondly, as a Personal Trainer, I wanted to deepen my understanding of nutrition so that I could better support my clients in building more balanced, sustainable and holistic habits, beyond the usual “high-protein” advice we so often hear in the fitness industry.

Beanie has been incredibly educational and supportive. I’ve learnt so much about creating balanced, nutrient-rich meals that fit easily into everyday life. My eating habits look completely different now; I’m still getting enough protein while enjoying more vegetables, whole foods and natural sugars. I’ve lost weight in a healthy, sustainable way and it feels both easy and achievable.

It’s also influenced the way I coach. I now feel more confident guiding clients towards healthier, whole-food choices and encouraging long-term, realistic nutritional habits, always within my scope of practice as a PT.

I had an amazing experience with Beanie from headspace. She is so positive and really cares about your well-being, and always helped me tailor things to my individual lifestyle.

I’ve been working with Beanie for a month now and am really enjoying our programme together. I am preparing more diverse meals and home cooking much more than previously which is great on the waist and the wallet!

The highlight of working with Beanie are the 1:1 calls where she brings such enthusiastic energy and inspiration for reviewing the previous week and setting goals for the following week.

My main goal is maintaining my preferred weight for the long term. I’m almost half way to my goal weight now, which I’m pleased with!

Beanie is a great nutritionist, highly knowledgeable, so positive and empathetic and has provided me with the motivation and nutritional insights that I needed to start to lose the weight that has gradually been creeping up over the last few years and really struggling to shift this as I get older. Setting realistic and sustainable weight loss goals and then having regular online meets to discuss food intake & meal plans has given me that accountability that I need and I have lost a stone in 9 months. Weight loss has not been a linear journey for me, and when things have plateaued or gone backwards, Beanie always comes up with fresh ideas or tweaks to my programme and sets me back on track and provides you with the motivation to keep going. I am so much healthier in my eating habits but still able to make and enjoy tasty satisfying food, including some treats! I still have more weight to lose before I get to my goal but I am happy to be doing this gradually and sustainably and will be sticking with Beanie to get there!

An appointment was scheduled with this nutritionist, and a Zoom link was provided in advance. However, just minutes before the consultation, the link was cancelled. When contact was made to request clarification, the nutritionist responded by stating she had another appointment and asked, “What was it that you wanted?” before cancelling the session altogether and mentioning that her programmes begin at £500.

This experience left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. I also felt that I was treated differently because of my African name, which made the interaction feel discriminatory. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dismissive attitude raise serious concerns about the reliability of the service and the way clients from diverse backgrounds may be treated.

Beanie is amazing. She's completely changed my relationship with food for the better. My energy levels are more consistent, I don't crave sugar or coffee nearly as much which is HUGE. My skin is better, my digestive system is better, it really has been a transformational programme. Eating well is for life, no diets, no fads, and that's exactly what I wanted and got.

I was recommended Beanie by a friend who I noticed was looking fabulous and I am so happy that I started the journey with her. I’m only five weeks in and even though I haven’t lost much weight yet I am already feeling the benefits of the change in what I’m putting into my body. I was having some hot flushes during to perimenopause and these have stopped, I also feel less bloated, my digestion is better and my skin is looking great. The thing I like the most is that I don’t feel like I’m on a “diet” rather something that is becoming a lifestyle and I don’t miss certain foods that I honestly thought I would before I started. I’m looking forward to seeing further weight loss as time goes on but I know it will be slow and steady and sustainable. Highly recommend Beanie if you’ve got stuck in a rut and want to improve your health and wellbeing!

I had no clue what to eat until I found Beanie. It was always over/under eating with little insight into how to put foods together and what foods. Over recent months I have learnt so much. Food has become nourishing, interesting and filling. It’s just knowing how to build a meal with protein, carbohydrate, healthy fats etc. Beanie gives you lots of menu suggestions, dressings, which bread to buy and store cupboard items.
It is comforting to know that, although the course has ended, she is happy to keep in touch in the future. I recommend highly.

I've worked in the health space for decades and have a solid grasp of science—but despite all that knowledge, I was overwhelmed and stuck when it came to applying it to my own life.
